Refund and Returns Policy

We create a proof for every item that must be approved by the customer so that everything is according to an agreed upon design before production. We are a small, family-run business who makes customized items. There is often no way to restock or re-purpose a completed item, so therefore we DO NOT accept returns and DO NOT offer refunds. If there is a problem or mistake with your item, we are more than happy to replace and edit the item to your liking and ensure you are happy with the product. We are available Tuesday-Friday 10:00AM- 5:00PM central standard time.
